Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using or accessing The Dispensary Lucan Co-Working Space ("The Dispensary," "we," "us," or "our") in Ireland. By using or accessing any of our services, including but not limited to Hot Desks, Shared Workspaces, Dedicated Workspaces, and Virtual Office service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Services:
a. The Dispensary provides co-working spaces and related services solely for business purposes. You may use our services according to the package you have selected.
b. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.
c. You agree to use our facilities and services responsibly, respecting other users and The Dispensary's rules.
2. Booking and Payment:
a. Booking of any service is subject to availability. The Dispensary reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking for any reason.
b. Payment for services must be made through The Dispensary's official website booking system, following the instructions provided. All fees and charges are due and payable prior to the date of booking or as otherwise agreed upon.
c. All fees and charges are non-refundable. In the event of early termination of services, no refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the services.
d. Any additional services or resources not included in your chosen package may be subject to extra charges. These charges will be communicated to you before the provision of such services.
e. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services. A reinstatement fee may apply if your access is reinstated following suspension.
f. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date on The Dispensary's website booking system. If your payment information changes, you must update it promptly to avoid any disruption in service. Faliure to update your payment information may result in termination of your access to our services.
g. In the event of a payment dispute, you agree to first contact The Dispensary through the official communication channels provided on the website to attempt to resolve the issue before pursuing any further action.
h. Cancelling a monthly Dedicated Workspace will remove your entitlement to the new customer rate if you choose to renew your subscription at a later date. The monthly rate for non new customers is €499 plus VAT per month for a Dedicated Workspace.
i. Hot Desk Bundles expire after a set number of days. Currently 90 days for a 5 day Hot Desk bundle and 120 days for a 10 day Hot Desk bundle. During this time, coworkers can use their Hot Desk credits to book a Hot Desk at The Dispensary. Up to ten days prior to their expiration, coworkers can extend a bundle by 30 days by paying an additional fee online. No other extensions will be offered on bundles.
3. Conduct:
a. You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times while using The Dispensary Co-Working Space. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior toward fellow users, staff, or visitors will not be tolerated.
b. Please keep noise levels to a minimum while respecting your fellow co-workers. If you need to make phone calls, please use the designated Virtual Meeting Room when available. You can make phone calls at your desk but please use headphones. Calls or music played over speakers is prohibited.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of your workspace and common areas. Please clean up after yourself, return shared resources to their proper places, and dispose of waste properly.
d. The Dispensary is not responsible for your personal belongings. We recommend that you do not leave valuable items unattended and that you secure your belongings properly when not in use.
e. Any equipment or facilities provided by The Dispensary should be used with care. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.
f. The use of illegal drugs, alcohol, or any other substances that impair your ability to work safely and professionally is strictly prohibited on The Dispensary's premises.
g. Any breach of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services, with no refund given, at The Dispensary's discretion.
h. Sharing security door codes for any of The Dispensary door access systems with anyone will result in immediate termination of your access to our services with no refund given.
i. Bringing people into The Dispensary to use its services who have not registered an account on theDispensary.ie, paid for using our services, and booked in where relevant, will result in the immediate termination of your access to our services with no refund given.
j. We reserve the right to seek a criminal prosecution for anyone accessing our services without registering, paying, or making a booking where necessary.
k. The Workspace is available to coworkers from 7am to 8pm. Anyone accessing or using the workspace outside of these hours may forfeit any remainding bundle days in their account and or be excluded from making any further bookings or purchases, at the management's discretion.
4. Termination:
a. The Dispensary reserves the right to terminate your access to our co-working space at any time, with or without cause. This decision may be made if you are found in violation of our terms and conditions, exhibit disruptive behavior, engage in illegal activities, or otherwise breach the terms outlined herein.
b. In the event of termination, you will be denied further access to The Dispensary's facilities, services, and resources. All outstanding fees and charges will remain due and payable and no refunds will be given.
c. The Dispensary's decision to terminate your access is final and not subject to appeal. If you wish to discuss the reasons for your termination, you may contact us through the provided communication channels.
d. We strongly encourage all users to adhere to our terms and maintain a respectful and professional environment within The Dispensary Co-Working Space. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your access without further notice.
5. Privacy:
a. Your personal information will be collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to Terms:
a. The Dispensary may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability:
a. The Dispensary is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
8. Governing Law:
a. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
By using The Dispensary Co-Working Space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
